Hitchhiker Pocket Clip + Paracord Lanyard

Manufacturing Process

Each piece starts with a Wire EDM cut, where a hair-thin charged wire cleanly slices through titanium for unmatched precision. The parts are then CNC machined to add chamfers, screw holes, and threads. Finally, the lanyard is crimped, installed, and locked in place with two set screws for a clean, secure finish.

Cord: Length: Loop is ~2.1" (5.3cm)  ~1.3" (3.3cm) cord between tool and clip when attached.
